It’s hard to believe, but the annual Great Trail Festival is upon us again. To me, it always marks the end of the summer and the beginning of the beautiful fall season in the Atwood Lake Region of Ohio.
Two full weekends beginning today, Saturday, August 24 & 25 and continuing next Labor Day weekend. This festival represents early America and the frontier life. Quality crafters from Ohio and surrounding states, delicious kettle cooked foods, handcrafted gift items and great music and dance. There is also a large buffalo herd in addition to Tomahawk throwing contest and battle reenactments.
So choose a guest room at Whispering Pines Bed & Breakfast and enjoy a day of fun on us.
